RevRaise Access Check
- Login to RevRaise Admin Panel.
- Your access level is indicated in the lower-left corner of the RevRaise Admin Panel. You should have Client Admin or Custom Content Admin roles assigned
Search for Hotel
- From the Hotels menu, search for the desired property.
- Press Enter on the keyboard or click Filter.
- Click the hotel name from the results.
Steps to Create Content notification on step 3 BE in RevRaise
Content block is very similar to notification block, the difference is that content will be displayed on step 4 BE confirmation, notification can be set on 1,2,3 step 3 BE (read more here about notification creation). You can add any information that you think is important for guests who has already made the reservation. Please do not forget to update all languages versions, in the example below English and German are set as default.
There are exclusions for Luxury theme hotels, you will see more options for content placement.
Check for Updates on Booking Engine
Visit the client-facing Booking Engine URL to ensure changes display correctly on step 4 BE - confirmation page. If changes made in RevRaise do not display correctly on the Booking Engine, follow the steps in this article to clear the cache and refresh the site.

Zendesk will generate a ticket number. To check the status of the ticket, click here and enter the ticket number in the Search field on the left side of the screen.
