The Resort fee-specific tax amount is sometimes included as a fee in advertised rates. AZDS can not manage this including, you need to change rate customisation in Sabre platform. The reason of this issue can be in using Tax Type = Resort Fee for the tax amount instead of an actual tax type (Bed Tax or other). Please use other (can be Bed Tax, Room Tax, Sales Tax, etc.) Tax Type instead of Resort Fee or Service Charge. For example, you can change that tax line in SynXis to a Bed Tax as below:
Correct display: only the resort fee is included, without resort fee tax.
Check for Updates on Booking Engine
Visit the client-facing Booking Engine URL to ensure changes display correctly. If changes made in RevRaise do not display correctly on the Booking Engine, follow the steps in this article to clear the cache and refresh the site. If changes made in RevRaise still do not display correctly after clearing the cache and refreshing the site, please submit a request for additional support per the instructions below.
