Follow the steps in this article to create rates and edit when they are visible.
RevRaise Access Level Required for This Function: Rate Admin
Your access level is indicated in the lower-left corner of the RevRaise Admin Panel. |
Search for Hotel
- From the Hotels menu, search for the desired property.
- Press Enter on the keyboard or click Filter.
- Click the hotel name from the results.
Steps to Create Rates in RevRaise
1. Before creating a rate in RevRaise, you must first create it in Synxis. |

2. From the Rates menu, click +Add new located on the right side of the top menu bar. |

3. Complete required fields: Code (text entry), and Name (text entry) |

4. To save, make a selection: Click Create to save the rate and remain on this screen Click Create and return to list to save and return to the rates list. Click Create and add another to save the rate and create a new one |
Steps to Edit Rate Visibility
1. From the Rates menu, locate the rate you wish to edit |

2. Click Edit, located under the Actions heading on the far-right side of the page |

3. Place checkmarks next to the desired visibility options: Hide = Hide on Desktop = Show for Auth User = Hide for Auth User = |

4. To save, make a selection: Click Update to save and remain on this screen Click Create and return to list to save and return to the rates list. |
Check for Updates on Booking Engine
Visit the client-facing Booking Engine URL to ensure changes display correctly.
If changes made in RevRaise do not display correctly on the Booking Engine, follow the steps in this article to clear the cache and refresh the site.

Zendesk will generate a ticket number. To check the status of the ticket, click here and enter the ticket number in the Search field on the left side of the screen.
