Green dates is a special event period that is manageable via RevRaise, not SynXis. It can be dedicated to public or religious holidays, special sports events, festivals, for example:
The feature ''Green dates'' shows specific comments on step 1 calendar in date hover tooltip. You can also define the color for special events and the date's background. Availability for these dates is synchronized with SynXis as usual calendar dates. Find below the example:
RevRaise Access Check
- Login to RevRaise Admin Panel.
- You need to have Client Admin role to be able to customize Green Dates.
Your access level is indicated in the lower-left corner of the RevRaise Admin Panel. |
Search for Hotel
- From the Hotels menu, search for the desired property.
- Press Enter on the keyboard or click Filter.
- Click the hotel name from the results.
Steps to Create Green Dates
1. Click the Green Dates menu | |
2. Click +Add new |

3. Indicate the start date and end date
4. Provide comments in the text field
5. To save, make a selection: Click Create to save the green date and remain on this screen Click Create and return to list to save and return to the features list. Click Create and add another to save the green date and create a new one |
Language translation
If your Booking Engine supports several languages, the text should be added separately for each language.

Check for Updates on Booking Engine
Visit the client-facing Booking Engine URL to ensure changes display correctly. If changes made in RevRaise do not display correctly on the Booking Engine, follow the steps in this article to clear the cache and refresh the site.
