Login to RevRaise Admin Panel.

To clear cache and refresh the Booking Engine for a specific hotel, you need to have Pull Hotel Admin and Clear Hotel Cache Admin and Hotel Cache Editor roles assigned.

Filter the name of a certain hotel from overall hotel list:
Click the buttons in the Actions column in the following order:
1. Pull (Pull Hotel Admin)
2. Clear Redis Cache (Clear Hotel Cache Admin)
3. Clear CDN Cache (Hotel Cache Editor)
After ”Pull” completion, you can extend the details and check what data was synchronized (images, rates, room titles, descriptions, translations, etc.) If something failed to synchronize, you will see the error.
Wait for 10–15 minutes for those changes to reflect on the front end. After that, check and compare the front end of the Booking Engine and the front end of Synxis, use the browser in incognito mode. More information about data synchronisation with SynXis here.
