There are five types of policies: cancel, guarantee, children, check in and pet policies. RevRaise pulls information setup in SynXis (Sabre), but also has some specific view options, some of policies can be changed as well.

Cancel Policy
Hotel Cancel Policies offer hotel guests the opportunity to cancel their booking up until a certain amount of days before check-in. Once this date has passed, the hotel might charge the guest a set cancellation fee, a percentage of the booking, or the full amount.
Cancel Policies indicate to customers:

Whether they can cancel.

Cancelation deadlines.

Late cancelation penalties.

Reservation modification options.

You can add text that you would like hotel guests to see in their reservations and also in breakdown policies on step 2,3,4 of hotel Booking Engine in Detail tab. The attributes in the Policy Settings section of the Detail Tab determine how the system applies the cancellation policy. These settings work jointly to determine when and if a reservations is eligible for cancellation and if so, how much cancellation charge applies.

Children policy can bot be pulled from SynXis, please reach out to AZDS support specialist to change it in interface labels (only available for superadmins).

Clicking on price breakdown and policies you van find all five policies text, interface labels can be amended in Theme - Features: for example, ‘'cancellation’' instead of ‘'cancellation policy’'.
