RevRaise Access Level Required for This Function: Room Admin
Your access level is indicated in the lower-left corner of the RevRaise Admin Panel. |
Search for Hotel
- From the Hotels menu, search for the desired property.
- Press Enter on the keyboard or click Filter.
- Click the hotel name from the results.
Steps to Edit Room Details
1. From the Rooms menu, click the Rooms tab |

2. From the list, locate the room type to edit |
|
3. Click the checkbox to the left of the room name to highlight it (helpful, but not required) |

4. Click Edit under the Actions column on the far-right side of the table |

5. The Room Details are located on the right side of the screen—scroll down to view the section Edit details as required. Reference the Room Details Descriptions table below for guidance |

6. To save changes, make a selection*: Click Update to save the settings and remain on this screen Click Update and close to save and exit this screen. Click Delete *If you wish to discard changes, navigate away from this tab (by clicking any other tab or menu item) before clicking Update. Once you click Update, the new details will be saved. |

Features | Text will display in Features section on Room Details page |

Steps to Upload a Virtual Tour
Virtual tour guide url should be in the following format: https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!4v1631293790773!6m8!1m7!1sCAoSLEFGMVFpcE1TQU1zSXdvakxXbGhqYVMwbkV5VHJFamNKUm1Ba3dJaERnVk1Y!2m2!1d43.29877396528261!2d5.38284793582784!3f187.79!4f-0.8599999999999994!5f0.5970117501821992
To add virtual tour in the correct format, please choose a room from overall list, click three dots - embed a map and copy a link after src=''. After that, add this link to Virtual Tour Url field in room tab in RevRaise https://goo.gl/maps/MSn5chXXd7ARFbvk9.
Check for Updates on Booking Engine
Visit the client-facing Booking Engine URL to ensure changes display correctly.
If changes made in RevRaise do not display correctly on the Booking Engine, follow the steps in this article to clear the cache and refresh the site.
