RevRaise supports Dynamic Packages from SynXis and highlights them on Step 3 without adding an extra step in the booking process. RevRaise pulls this data out of SynXis so you must first configure within SynXis. During setup, please make sure to add packages as general or rate specific as RevRaise DOES NOT support room specific packages.
- Set up as Dynamic Packages (not Static).
- Choose Enhanced Option (not Basic).
- Add packages as general or rate specific (we do not support room-specific packages, but we have a workaround if room-specific is needed for RevRaise).
- Please select the unlimited inventory method. If another inventory method is used, RevRaise can have issues receiving packages( daily, for example).
- Add a season name for each package (it won't be displayed).It can be completely made up and won't be displayed on the booking engine, but if no content is detected for the Season, the API integration won't work and it will prevent it from appearing on the booking engine.
- Recommend selecting "no end date" to ensure it remains in place.
- Check box that says available upon arrival (to work for 1 night stays).
- Both floating allowance + available only on arrival night cannot be checked at the same time (Keep "available on arrival").
The content shown on RevRaise (label and image) is pulled directly out of the package entered in SynXis. Please make your updates within SynXis and the content will automatically update on RevRaise. Images should be at least 1200 pixels in width to ensure clarity while also being under 750KB in file size.
Charge Type
If dropdown is required: (guest should be able to add multiple of package) e.g. Quantity
Requested Upper Limit is more than 1.
• Please use Charge Type “Per Person” or “Per Quantity Name”. Quantity Requested Upper Limit setting limits the RevRaise dropdown. RevRaise does not pull the “QuantityName” set and will use “adults” as default, but can be overridden in the backend of RevRaise. If no dropdown is required - Quantity Requested Upper Limit is only 1.
• Charge Type = “Per Person”, “Per Quantity Name” or “Flat” can be used. REVRAISE DOES NOT DISPLAY DROPDOWN IF QUANTITY UPPERLIMIT IS 1 or “flat” is used. If special pricing (Per couple, transfer, etc.) please build into the title/description (example above).
API Workarounds / RevRaise controlled:
- Can set room-specific packages for RevRaise.
- Does not receive Quantity Name in API. RevRaise will display “adults” for dropdown by default but can be customized as needed for RevRaise through Dashboard:

Package order does not pull via API. The sort order can be customized by AZDS Support team.
- RevRaise can pull in the Package Categories set in SynXis. AZDS team can this feature enable as Admin.
